Demos Property Services, a Commercial Cleaning Melbourne based company, operational for over 28 years, asked for our assistance in managing ad-hoc job requests. They were using spreadsheets and relied on managers to keep accurate records of ad-hoc cleaning requests. This was utilising better spent managerial time and also left room for error and potential loss of income due inefficiencies and human error.
Re-training of personnel was the only challenging aspect but once training had been completed the value of this platform was more than evident to all parties using it!
All service requests are now being collated on myPSR instead of Excel Spreadsheets from all our clients thus streamlining our processes and reducing time spent in managing requests. Reporting to clients is easy, graphic and filtered according to each client’s needs.
We’re constantly looking at technologies to improve our processes – this one has to be one of the best we’ve come across to date in managing all job requests and client reporting!
